We are proud to be owner operators. Performance Finish was founded by Kevin Lind and Ben Spencer in 2005 after working together in the industry for several years as employees of a floor care company in Johnston, Iowa. Both are native Iowans and are deeply rooted in a customer-focused business philosophy. Nery Penate joined the management team in 2016 after more than 20 years experience in the floor care industry and 10 years in Facilities Management. Performance Finish firmly believes that happy customers make for better business.
